The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“KNF”) would like to alert all recipients that

a Polish branch providing its services via
www.wiwn.pl
used the term “investment fund” in an unauthorized manner in advertising its activities.
Therefore, the UKNF has filed a notification of suspicion of committing an offence specified
in Article 296 of the Act dated 27 May 2004 on investment funds and alternative investment
fund management and submitted it to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
