The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“KNF”) would like to alert all recipients that

does not have the KNF’s license for providing payment services. Therefore, Regional
Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszow conducts proceedings in respect of an act punishable under
Article 150(1) of the Payment Services Act of 19 August 2011. The Chair of the KNF Board
joined the proceedings initiated by another entity.
