The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.viabuy-bank.com where an entity offers banking and investment services by misusing the name and the logo of VIABUY.
The CSSF would like to specify that the product VIABUY of the electronic money institution Dock Financial S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the aforementioned website.
