The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.invisioncapitalpartners.com, where an entity offers investment services pretending to be established at 412F route d’Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg and at 26 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DS, and to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website under the name of Invision Capital Partners is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF specifies that the company governed by Luxembourg law Invision Capital Partners VI S.à r.l., an alternative investment fund manager registered within the meaning of the Law of 12 July 2013, has no link with the website referred to in this warning.
