The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.cpi-sa.com where an entity offers investment services under the name “Compass Private Investments” while pretending to be established at 15, Boulevard Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, L-2411 Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that this website usurps the identity of the Luxembourg company Compass Private Investments S.A., duly registered in Luxembourg as alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, which has no link with the website referred to in this warning.
