The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of unknown persons who misuse the name and address of the Luxembourg investment firm 2 PM EUROPE S.A. and who contact consumers without solicitation in order to offer them investment products. In so doing, they send emails with the following address format: firstname.lastname@2pm-europe-sa.com.
The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm 2 PM EUROPE S.A., duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, has no link with the facts referred to in this warning.
