Pursuant to the Article no. 7-octies, paragraph 1, letter a), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), Consob makes public the circumstance that the „Binance Group“ and the Companies that make it up are not authorized to provide investment services and activities in Italy, not even through the website www.binance.com whose sections named „derivatives“ and „Stock Token„, relating to instruments related to crypto-assets were previously also written in Italian.
